Ridgefield National Wildlife
Refuge
 The Ridgefield National Wildlife Refuge is over 5,000 acres
set aside for the migration of birds.
● Located in Ridgefield along the
Columbia River in wetlands, this area provides for birds such as Canada
Geese, Great Blue Herons and over 100 other types of birds and
waterfowl.
● This facility is open year round with a 4.2 mile automobile trail.
The
1.2
mile hiking trail is seasonal.
● There is a small admission fee for both vehicles,
bicycles and foot traffic.
